In this episode I talk about caffeine and the affects it has on us.
With is being the highest used unregulated drug in the world, caffeine can be both a blessing and a curse.
With its stimulating affects, its widely used in day to day life along as during a fitness and training environment, but are you using it wisely? 

Use it sensibly and it can be a great tool to get the most of your day/workout, overuse and it can have some harsh detrimental affects.
